dds Automated Machinery Design Inc. is currently seeking experienced, team-oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

Service Technician

Duties:

  • Wiring and Mechanical assembly of systems
  • Checking of control system inputs and outputs
  • Downloading, uploading and troubleshooting of PLC and MMI programs
  • Downloading, uploading and troubleshooting of servo drive parameters
  • Testing and verifying operation of equipment
  • Setup of systems both at dds and onsite at customer facilities
  • Mechanical and electrical servicing of systems
  • Control system program revisions and programming
  • Revisions of electrical schematics

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

  • B&R control system programming and configuration experience
  • Injection molding machine automation experience

Note: Travel is required and a major component of this position.
