dds is committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers once their automation has left our manufacturing facility. Many of our controls packages offer remote web based access that allows monitoring and troubleshooting of our systems from anywhere in the world.
Documentation
Each piece of equipment that leaves our shop ships with a comprehensive documentation package containing preventative maintenance schedules, safety guidelines, bill of materials, spare part lists, electrical and pneumatic schematics, mechanical assembly drawings and operating instructions.
Installation
We have an experienced group of machine builders that are available to install your machinery. As dds typically builds support equipment for primary process machinery we have a wealth of knowledge regarding the interfacing – both mechanical and electrical – of automation equipment to host machinery.
